Ok so I just finished the final cake from class, some things were requiered,
that you use color flow plaque, lace points, a nosegay, or sugar bells from the other group you had to choose at least one of these, roses, sweet peas, any drop flower. Also she wanted us to use any techniques that we learned in class from basic and intermediate, so I made

10" and 6" cakes bottom cake has cornelli lace and color flow heart, bead border and sweetpeas top cake has burgundy bc roses bead border with sweetpeas also, it is very simple compared to the other two ladies in class but I wanted a simple cake the cornelli lace doesn't show too much but didn't want to use red I thought it might be too much or bleed into the light color, I wanted to stick the heart on a cookie stick and stick on top of the roses, so they would hide the stick and the heart appeared to be sitting or floating on the roses but the first one broke so I didn't want to break the other two. Enjoy!!! I will take a better picture tomorrow to post in my photos
