What Brand Flavoring

do you use, such as butter, almond, vanilla? Wilton, store brand, Watkins, Lorann?

I actually have three different vanilla's in my cupboard. I have a homemade vanilla, Wilton's clear vanilla, Watkin's pure vanilla. I use them all for different things because they all offer a differernt type of flavor and compliment other flavors differently.

As for almond I picked up some wilton and some CK brand. So far I like the wilton better in my sugar cookies, however If I add a little more of the CK brand I get the same effects.

For butter... I don't use this flavor very often so I still have the wilton's that I got in my large blue decorating box (the one with all of the different things to get started with decorating)

I do have quite a few of the LorAnn flavorings also that I use. For different things. It would take quite awhile to list all of the different flavors I have (I think i'm over 20 now)

Well, with the Wilton tent sale coming up - I'll probably pick up their clear vanilla, butter and almond flavorings.

I also like Watkins vanilla and have the usual McCormack extracts.....

But for unusual and large quantity extracts at great prices, I'd recommend National Flavors:
