I am having issues with my edible inks. I have an Epson printer and here's what is happening.

1. The magenta is just leaking out the bottom.

2. The black seems to have an air pocket, it won't let any more ink towards the bottom part.

3. I have 2 cakes due that require me to use my printer and I can't get the stupid thing working!!!!!!

Any ideas how to fix this?

Thanks,
Katie

Jump in your car - drive to the nearest grocery store that does edible images - AND BEG!!!

Katie have you tried going to the Epson Website and searching their support pages??

With myHp printers I just remove the ink cartridges and then wipe down the slider bar with a damp cloth until it is clean. don't wipe the jets on the cartridges though or they will be ruined. Can you get new ink cartridges to replace the ones you have now??
