my dad loves the gym, so i wanted to make a cake of a man laying down with weight bar across his chest almost crushing him, and the weights at the ends be marked "tons" and on the cake i'll write: "I love you TONS"
Any suggestions on how to make this look good? Ideas for what to make the weights out of? THANK YOU

That depends on the size of the weights. For small ones, you could use Oreos, for larger ones, maybe fondant or gumpaste? I think it will be cute! Good luck! Don't forget to post pics.

Depending on the size you want-
whopper candy
gumball/jawbreaker dipped in melted choc
mint patty if you don't care about the 3-D look
Good luck!!
