I just bought some dust for the first time the other day and I love it. but I messed around with different ways to apply the dust just dry brushing, airbrusing mixed with alcohol and also painting it mixed with alcohol. I foudn that dry brushing gave the best results. when the alcohol dried it left a shiny film and it did not sparkly nearly as much as when it is dried on. Does anyone else get these same results when they are using the luster dust?

What is everyones prefered method of applying the dust?

thanks
Amanda

So far all I have tried is dry brushing it. I love the shine from that, but it makes putting the dusted flowers on the cake rather messy. Here's a bump!

Steaming the item dry dusted will set the luster dust and it won't come off when touching it.
