Just wondering if anyone knows stephen benison and his work. I am a novice and don't know much of the famous cake decorators out there. I may have a chance to take a wedding cake class with him and am wondering if it is worth the steep price they are charging. Has anyone out there ever done any classes with him? Someone help please.

I have seen his work and it is Fantastic!! I would take the class despite the cost!!
