Okay, so I'm going to attempt some Petit Fours for my SIL baby shower. Can I make them all decorated and then freeze? Or maybe should I just get them ready to go, freeze and then decorate like the day before? Baby shower is June 9th.

TIA,
April

I was taught to make them by an old lady in my town who has done them forever and they melt in your mouth! She says never ever make them until the night before the event. It doesn't take that long really. I just bake a few days before and freeze my cake, then the night before frost, cut, pour, let dry, and decorate.

Hope that helps

Thanks a bunch. I think that is what I'm going to do. Make, freeze, thaw, frost, cut, pour, dry and decorate. Sounds like a cheer! GO TEAM!!
