Your flowers are terrific! I've only tried sugar paste flowers twice, and they certainly weren't as beautiful as yours! I used the powder from Wilton. I had trouble finding a nice stickiness and also found it difficult to get the petals a realistic thinness. Whenever they were realistic-looking, they seemed to just be too thin to hold structure...they just seemed to flop downward while drying. Any good tips??

dry them upside down. That's the way we did these ones (except the bud which really didn't have much to it). Wilton has a readymade gumpaste now too, but the instructor I had has not tried it yet, so she doesn't know how good it is (and I have no clue since I just started doing them).
