I was looking forward to using up all my spare coloured buttercream and extra gumpaste flowers for this baby! icon_lol.gif

Here is the huge cake (7"/11"/15") all 6" to 6.5" tall tiers and the invitation done by a Toronto artist that inspired my design.

Yes, each tier was "sunk" into the next...about 1.5" maximum.

What's your secret to getting your icing so smooth!?? I'm the worst at that. What kind of frosting do you use? Just have to ask. Your cake is beautiful and soooo smooth. I'm trying to pretend like I don't care if I ever achieve that look, but I would at least like to get it right once!
