I have one and when I was taking it apart to clean the spring popped out and is no where to be found? How would I get a replacement for this one small piece? Or can anyone look at theirs and tell me if the spring has a number on it or anything?

Thanks

no number--it is just a spring. icon_sad.gif Maybe if you go to a home depot or the like and see if they have springs in different sizes, bring your gun and see if you can find one that fits? That stinks--I hate it when mine decides to explode everywhere when taking it apart. I hope you can find it.

CALL SUGARCRAFT AND TALK TO THEM. MY SON GAVE ME ONE FOR MY BIRTHDAY 2 YEARS AGO NOW AND I HAVE YET HAD TIME TO TRY TO USE IT. NOT EVEN OUT OF THE BOX YET. I HOPE MINE ACTUALLY WORKS ONCE I GET IT OUT OF THE BOX. I'VE USED THE PRODUCT BUT NOT THE EQUIPMENT.

BUT I HAVE READ ON HERE, FROM OTHER OWNERS, THAT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WONDERFUL. GIVE THEM A TRY FIRST. IF THAT DOES NOT WORK PM ME AND I'LL TRY TO FIND A SPRING. I'M NOT VERY MECHANICAL WITH HOW THING ARE PUT TOGETHER. BUT I'LL TRY TO HELP IF THE FOLKS AT SUGARCRAFT CAN'T.
