I have a random idea floating around in the back of my head...and was just wondering...for those of you that live in the States, are you from a state that has a particular cake or dessert that is it's specialty...i.e Georgia has peaches- peach cake, peach pie, peach cobbler... what is it where you live??

I'm from Texas & the only things I can think of are: Pecan Pie & Chocolate Cinnamon Sheet cake (also called Texas Sheet Cake).

For Florida, I'd say Key Lime Pie (or cake) for Georgia Red velvet cake or pecan something, For Pennsylvania, how about Shoo Fly Pie or rhubarb, New Jersey Strawberry something? VA Peanut Pie,
