I have been looking at all the recipes on the site and most of the BC ones do not have a yield in cups. How much does a BC frosting recipe yield? I ususally make the basic on:butter, shortening, PC, extracts, ect.
I make a typical recipe that usually calls for a cup of shortening, a cup of butter and 2 lbs. of powdered sugar and I haven't measured exactly but I'm pretty sure the yield is around 3 cups.
