I am going to be doing a baby shower cake in a couple weeks and the mom has requested a "fluffy" frosting. I plan to decorate the cake with a quilt theme. I want to use star fill in's, writing, and I would like to use a designed paper towel imprint on part of it. Does anyone know of any fluffy icings that can be used to decorate a cake, and have the decorations hold up. The cake will be served at an outside shower in june, so it will probably be very hot and humid.
Thanks so much!!!

Here's a whipped b/c recipe:
(Don't know how well it holds up to being outside.)

yeah, sounds like she's wanting whipped icing....not a great idea for a party outside.....maybe just use it as a filling?
