hi all, when you (anyone)puts a border inth einside of the cake (like to put writing on it. do u just eyeball? I am a fanatic like that and I am SOO nervous that it will be off or something any tips

Sometimes I will find something to mark where I want to put the border like a bowlicon_smile.gif

In the case where I have had to put words or something within a border on the inside of the cake, I do the words first, then I can select something that will fit around it perfectly. I would normally cut a hole, oval or whatever shape in a piece of paper and press the paper onto the cake to get the outline.
