This may sound like a very stupid question, but how much is 1 stick of butter, in measurements. The only sticks of butter I can find are like 2 1/2 cups of butter and that seems like a lot of butter for the Buttercream Dream recipe. If someone could help me with the actual measurements for this recipe that would be great. Thank you.

In the U.S. - one stick of butter is 1/2 cup. Usually in the grocery store, butter is sold in a package that has 4 sticks. Hope that helps!
