Chocolate Buttercream Under White Mmf??

Do you think chocolate buttercream would show through white MMF? I cant remember if I tried this before or not.

Not if it's not too thin. I did this recently with my disco ball cake (the base was chocolate with chocolate cream cheese frosting covered in MMF) and it was nice and white, no chocolate showing through.
