Okay this is going to be my very first paid order. It very new at all this and my friend wants be do 30 cupcakes with a clown on top ( the one they teach at wilton classes)

Have no clue how to price this. Cupcake is chocolate with buttercream frosting and clown on top.

Can anyone give me a rought idea that I could work on about pricing???

I am curious myself, I'd love to figure this one out.

I would also love to know what others on here are charging. Here is my cupcake price list:

BASE PRICE- Plain Cupcake (No fondant, No Filling):
$25 for 1 dz ($2 each), $36 for 2dz ($1.5 each), $45 for 3 dz ($1.25 each), $60 for 5dz ($1 each)

Additional Prices:
Fillings- 50 cents per cupcake
Fondant-$1 per cupcake

I have no idea if I am under charging, it's just what I came up with based on my costs etc.

This weekend I'm doing 7dz cupcakes for a baby shower and I am charging a total of $100

Hope this helps.

Sounds good thank-you dominique26. Are your cupcakes usually in a bouquet or pot? Because I' m thinking it would be a bit more if we were to wrap them up.

The price I posted was just for cupcakes that are delivered in regular cake boxes to be placed on a display stand. I would definitly charge more for an arrangement.
