Diamond Pattern On Cake

I am so excited! I got some impression mats in the mail today. One is the diamond mat and I can not wait to try it.

I was wondering if there is a mat that has the lines to the diamonds popped out rather then pushed into the icing?

It looks like if I use the other side of the mat it may do this but I'm not sure if I should try it.
