there are currently some issues with the photo galleries. Heath and Jackie are aware of the problems and are working to fix it.

Are you a Mac user & using Safari?
That was the error message I got when trying to upload a photo using Safari.
Try using Firefox--if you don't have it on your Mac, PM me and I can send you the free link from Apple to download it, or you can Google Firefox to find it.
