Hello all...

I am working on a FBCT for this Sunday (it's now Tuesday evening). I would like to get the majority of the cake decorating out of the way because I have a lot of orders coming up.

How far in advance can I make the FBCT? Can I make it tomorrow night or would it be better to make it closer to Sunday? I have never made one before, so I am a little nervous and have many questions! Thanks so much for your help!

Sure, you can make it now. Store them in the fridge and they'll be fine. If you use all Crisco, you might need to freeze them for maybe an hour or so to firm up.
Have fun!
