I will have an appointment with the health inspector real soon. The only thing I'm concern of is our fridge in our kitchen. It is extremely full of my family's food, nothing for cake stuff. I do know that health inspector may not be pleased with the sight of that, but I was thinking of getthing another fridge and the problem is where should I put it? My husband said garage, but I really don't know if health inspector would like that, since there are tools, mower, air pressure tank and stuff in the garage. If that's a no-no, I was thinking of putting it in our dining room, but my hubby said it'll look ugly to put it there. I'm like "ahhhh!". What do you think?

By the way, I already got a fridge thermosat.

if you dont have a seperate fridge you can designate a shelf in your fridge for your bakery supplies..............at least thats what the inspector has told me here.......but dont worry if its wrong they will let you know icon_biggrin.gif

I am going to say that this answer will depend on your state, county, and city you live in. With as much as all of the regulations change from place to place I am sure this detail will too.

Sorry I can't help more.

Honestly just call and ask them before you do anything. It will save you from moving the refrigerator.
