Ok - does anyone know how to make wisteria? I am having a ton of trouble! I would love to use buttercream!

I seen it done in a Bakers magazine once. All they used was a 104 tip and worked from the bottom of the design up in a grape formation. They did it on the sides of the cake so that they were done in clusters. And in purple. HTH some.

The Cupcake Cafe Cookbook has instructions on how to make wisterias in buttercream. Let me know if you don't have the book so I can PM you with the instructions.
