I have been wondering if it is possible to add white chocolate candy melts to fondant to give it a white chocolate flavor? I know that you can buy white chocolate fondant, but I prefer to make my own (I use mmf and Toba Garrett's recipe), so I've been wondering how to get this flavor? If anyone knows whether or not this will work, please let me know!!!

This is what i found on the wilton site, so i'm pretty sure you can add chocolate to your own recipe:

Recipe Box
Chocolate Rolled Fondant

Ingredients:
1 package of Ready-To-Use White Fondant
4 oz. Premelted unsweetened chocolate product
Knead in 4 oz. of premelted unsweetened chocolate product into the Ready-To-Use White Rolled Fondant until smooth.

*Note: To make a brown colored fondant without the chocolate taste, knead in brown icing color with a small amount of red-red icing color to our Ready-To-Use White Fondant.

loranne has a white chocolate flavoring so you could deff add that to your mmf.
and I dont see why you couldn't add chocolate to your mmf recipe.

If there's an oil, I would try that first. I just got some fondant samples, and the white chocolate one tasted very bad to me... like someone added overcooked (burnt) chocolate to it.

I did add some white chocolate (approx. 3-6 oz) to my MMF and I couldn't taste a difference plus it made my MMF soo sticky! I had to use a ton of crisco just to make it workable. I hope someone out there has a better recipe.

I use the White Chocolate flavored syrup by Torani. I sub the syrup for the water when making the MMF. It is wonderful!
