My husband recently bought me the Wilton gumpaste kit and it's good for starters, but once I get past those I would like to move on to more of a variety. Does anyone know of any good books on gumpaste flowers and where to get them? Thanx!

I think you can get them on Ebay, barnes and noble, or amazon, or even a lot of cake decorating sites. I just checked "Cakes by design:the magical world of sugar art" by Scott Wooley out from the library, and it's great. It's a little old (from the early 90's) but instruction really good. If you search the "well-knowns" in the gum-paste world you'll find plenty of books. I have the SugarArt books by Nicholas Lodge and Margaret Ford, and they are great as well. Good luck!

just a thought, you could also search for books on how to make flowers out of polymer clay. same basic concept, just adapt coloring and materials to be food safe.
