For a sculpted cake I start at $4.00 per serving. Keep in mind though that you will have lots of waste after carving. Freeze before carving, you need fondant and an air brush. Support the head well with dowels.

I do mostly cookies and am just getting into cakes now (which I LOVE!) but I wouldn't flinch if you charged me $150.00 for that cake! It's awesome!!!!!
