"Happy Birthday" and the child's name could all be written backwards, but other than that, I have no idea!

Here's an upside down cake.
Vertical layers? Frosting inside the cake?

What decorations are going to be on the cake?
sounds like a neat idea although other than the writing and the desert that looks like real food i'm stumped too. be sure to post the end result i'd love to see how it turns out.

My first thought was frosting the inside of the cake as well.
I think the real question is when does it end...

You could cover the cake with fondant and decorate it to look like the inside of a cake??
I looked for upside down in the gallery and this cake was there.
take a look and see if you like it.

You could put the decorations and writing on the cake backwards. Maybe have the kids wear their clothes backwards and walk backwards. I like the idea someone suggested about the main course looking like dessert and dessert looking like main course.
