I took everyones advice and purchased some fo the coffee creamer and addedit to my cake mixes and SO YUMMY!!! The blueberry cobbler added to white cake is to die for! and today I made one with the white chocolate respberry. I then took mybuttercream and melted white chocolate cips in a little bit of sweetened condensed milk and added it to the buttercream icing for the filling between the layers, OMG I was in white chocolate heaven!

how much creamer do you add to the cake mix...is it the liquid creamer?

I bought the white choc. rasberry and thought it was alright. But I think I'll try it again with your additives! That sounds wonderful. I had also bought the blueberry cobbler and was deciding how I wanted to use it. Guess I'll just try it in a white cake now!! I have some frozen blueberries. Do you think they would be good also in the cake or maybe in a filling with this cake. Or does it really need it? Thanks for sharing!!

I used the powdered blueberry one and I added a lot to mine the flavor was great, I don't think it needed the extra blueberries in the filling, BUT I think maybe a buttercream topping with blueberries as garnish would be great, OR what I am planning on trying this week is the blueberry cobbler cake with fresh strawberry kiwi filling, makes my mouth water just talking about it lol.

I added for the liquid 3/4 cup of creamer and 1/2 cup water, for the powdered I used about 4 tablespoons I kinda eyeballed it and just poured it in until it smelled and tasted good before cooking lol,
