I am covering a 6, 8 and 10 inch round with MMF. I am using the recipe from the tutorial. Will one batch be enough to cover all three or will I need 1 1/2 or more batches of fondant? It didn't say on the recipe what one batch will yield.

Thanks

Jodi

I made MMF the other day and covered a 13" round cake with it (only 2" high). It was barely enough. I think you'll probably need at least a double batch.

If you made the MMF with 2 lbs powdered sugar and 16 oz marshmallows, then you have 3 lbs of fondant. Here is a handy chart to help you figure out how much you need:

I'd make two batches to be safe. I make double batches (just double the ingredients). It is a great time saver.
