Hi all,
Real quick, does anyone know approximately how much gel food coloring to add to substitute for bottled red food coloring? My red velvet cake calls for two bottles and I neglected to buy it yesterday. I tried to do a search but came up empty handed. Can I even do this? I don't want to to only be pink but I'm not looking for blood red either. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
