I have only "standard" cake pans (9x13, 8x8, etc) and some square and round tier pans, but nothing very big.

Any tips as to where to find them, and what to look for?

I am supposed to do a wedding cake for 180 people, and I'm very nervous....

Hi

Try looking in local stores. Where are you located? Are there any cake supply stores around there. I have all Magic line pans. They are more expensive but superior in quality. They are ebay sometimes. Let me know where you are located and maybe we can find somewhere for you to get them

I tend not to shop walmart, but I was there the other day and found nothing cake related in the craft section.

I'm in Alberta, Canada

I shop the Thrift Stores, Salvation Armies and Goodwill Stores for cake supplies. I also use e-bay alot...watch the prices through.

thanks for the ideas. I found an online shop in Canada http://www.goldaskitchen.com/index.ihtml

but it seems the wedding cake order is falling thru, so I won't need large sheet pans just yet, as my next orders are pretty small.

Kiddiekakes, do you know any local supply places that aren't completely Wilton? Any in Edmonton? Any specialty shops? (I want colors, and tools as well...things like crimpers and cutters)
