because oops...

the X-ray on the cake shows they left medical insturments inside the patient that just happen to spell out the message!

(actually, very confident...sometimes too much so .. to parapharse a signature of someone else ..."I'm AM right and I DO have better ideas" -- my observation to this point has been: all to often that when I post the thread goes dead to other new ideas.

aw come on, yep I've got ideas for lots of stuff -- including total world domintation!!!! -- but that doesn't mean they're the best or most workable -- (if they were, I'd be thin, rich, able to spell, etc.) -- they're just my ideas -- a dime a bakers dozen (and on sale next week - buy one, get one free!) ... just wanting to encourage others to mix up some ideas to and not let mine be the last word on anything)

that said...

could add to x-ray..lettering saying "Exhibit A" and then scatter fondant/gumpaste replicas of the instruments in question around the cake board labeled "Exhibit B", etc.

I guess you could make mini x-ray cakes each with a funny x-ray on it. that is all I can come up with.

...Who doesn't want to rule the world, be rich, be thin, and be able to spell.

...I think you are asking too much with the spelling part. That is why we have "word" icon_wink.gif

You could do a cake with a skeleton on it like when it takes the Xray.

Ok, im gonna try this...

I think the skeleton is a good idea ( and dougs is better than this, jsut trying to keep it going) how about a black background with a sceleton shruging and a deer in the headlights look. in white just like the skeleton draw a small cake, the whole thing with "ok, who ate all of the cake" or something like that on it.

The hand and arm bones are really recognizable. You could do a google images search for x-ray fractures. Good luck!
