I was just about to post a thread for Father's Day, saw this... so I was thinking either the sports ball pan, or the t-shirt pan or the new wilton 1 Pan. I would love to do a bouquet of cupcakes, but not floral ones... I just don't know... I keep thinking of things and then people don't bite, so maybe we can figure something out.... I did so well on mothers day and would like to have the same results with fathers day if I can!
Well I want to do a dress shirt cake but only because I have never made one, I will be making it for my brother and my husband for Father's Day
jescapades, maybe an edible image you've scanned?
oh, if only i had a printer!!
oh, if only i had a printer!!
Call your local grocery store bakery or Carvel Ice Cream store. If they do edible images they might print one for you for a fee. I did this because I couldn't justify buying the machine. I think they charged me $8.00 for a 8.5 x 11 sheet. I thought that was very reasonable.
I'll be making a spongbob cake... Yeah I now... Spongebob is for kids... But my man is just nuts with Spongebob...
And what they want we will give them, Right... Well its only one day a year LOL
My Hubby's birthday and Father's Day is the same weekend. I just won the tool candy mold on Ebay, I should be getting it this week. He loves tools so I'm going to attempt either the tool belt and tools or the tool board and tools. Hope it comes out as good as some of the ones I've seen on this site!
Ihave been thinking about ideas all weekend, and one idea
was I saw it on here (sorry I can't remember who's it was) was a cake in the shape of a tbone steak or I thought of making a lazyboy recliner (not 100% sure how to build it) with a remote control on the arm. Sports themed cookies are great for a cookie bouquet also. Hope this helps.
