Just wondering because the time stamp for my posts is about 15 hours ahead of my actual time.

You can go into your profile and adjust the timezone to be the one that you are in and that way the timing of the posts will be accurate for wherever you are.

Ok, but what does GMT stand for? And how many hours + is Eastern Standard Time????

candyladyhelen go to GMT -5 hours for eastern time. I just played with it until it I found my time I'm in PA. HTH icon_biggrin.gif

GMT is Greenwich Mean Time...the time in Greenwich, England. This is the starting point of every time zone in the world. This site tells you where you are relative to it.

I'm Eastern Stnadard, and I'm set at GMT-5

you can also just double click on your computer clock and go to the Time Zone tab. It will say in parentheses GMT + or - however many hours your time zone is from GMT

example: I'm in Central Standard time so my thing says "(GMT -6:00) Central Time (US & Canada)" Which means Central time is 6 hours less than GMT
