HOw do I know the amount of batter per pan?
There are plenty of website out there that have this information...
Can anyone post a few here?
Thank you.
Well I don't have access to a Wilton Book right at the moment...
really trying to find the amount of batter needed to fill a 12 inch round cake pan.
Haven't found it yet.
If you don't have access to the wilton yearbooks here is the link on their site. The links on the bottom are broken down into a list for the 2" and 3" pans, and for the servings it is broken down into the party and wedding sizes. I have it booked marked for easy reference incase I don't have a hard copy around.

Much appreciated!
I was at a friend's house and their computer seemed worse than dial up.
Had this info at home, but just couldn't seem to pull it up on their computer.
Many thanks.
As it worked out, I loaded about 13 cups in the pan. Cooked it for about 60 minutes and stood there until I felt it was done. I haven't torted the cake, so we'll see later if it cooked well.
Again, many thanks.
