How long do you think NFSC dough will be good in the fridge if it's been in an airtight container??

I make a bunch--never know how much I need--and throw it in the freezer. I have had some in there for up to 3w and it was fine. Mind you, most of my cookies for are for 4y Preschool kiddos--lol.
When I do actual orders, I use dough that is only a week in the fridge at most--just my preference.

If you think about it, Pillsbury stuff is inthe grocery cases for WEEKS!

Pillsbury, I'm sure, is loaded with preservatives...just my thought.
I will only use my cookie dough (Penney McConnell's) if it's been refrigerated under a week. But I have frozen it up to a month and it bakes/taste fine.

What Mac said. I've frozen it with great success. It helps me to have some stuff done up ahead.
