I need help, lol

I am a beginner and I am so confussed...
I would like to know how a "butter creme transfer" is done.
I don't even know where to start.
I think I understand how to do color flo... are they anything alike?

They are really easy to do. I'm not really sure if it's like color flow since I've never tried it.
