Does cream cheese frosting crust? I finally got a really good recipe for datenut cake and my client wants cream cheese frosting. It's been a while since I used cream cheese.........thanks.

there is a crusting cream cheese icing on here in the recipes section.

i beleive the icing recipe on earlenescakes.com crusts as well

I just add cream cheese (6 oz) to my regular BC (wilton) recipe and it crusts just fine. The texture is nice too. Good luck!
