I need a good recipe for whipped cream icing. Many people ask for it and I have to turn them down because I haven't been successful making it. I have tried to make this icing twice already (recipe from wilton yearbook and one from this site) and the icing has come out too watery both times. I could barely work with it. It would drip out of the bag.

Actually, I like the whipped icing that Super One and Walmart uses on their cakes.

Someone, please give me a good recipe or some tips to help me.

I don't know if they have it where you are, but at our Safeway, they sell something called bakers cream. It whipping cream with the sugar and vanilla already in it and it has some kind of stabalizers in it. If you look in my photos, I used it for the babyshower cake with the fondant baby on it. I didn't have to do anything to it other and whip it up like regular whipcream and it was delicious and held up great.
