I have no idea but from the pictures that I have seen a lot of things are made out of fondant or sugar. good luck I am not good at either yet icon_smile.gif

They are cut circles of rolled gumpaste formed inside the real bottle caps and pressed gently against the crimped sides. Dust inside of cap lightly with cornstarch, tap upside down to remove excess starch. Press the circle carefully inside, let dry and then carefully loosen and they should pop right out. Paint them with a mixture of nu silver and alcohol, or old gold and alcohol if you want goldish looking caps. The labels can be printed onto edible images, cut to shape and put in freezer for just a few seconds, backing peeled away and the image applied to the set sugar bottles.

and if you have any bottles that are not perfect at the neck you can wrap the tops in gold foil as well!

Can't wait to see it!
