Help!! What Would You Do?

My bear cake is falling apart! At 2 am. his foot fell off and today he has a butt crack that wasn't there before. Delivery time is around 2. I don't think I have time to make another. Help!! TIA!!

Aaaaiiiieieeeee!!!! Is the cake itself cracking? Gosh...maybe the cake is too soft? It's hard to say what to do without actually being there, but I *think* if it were me, Iwould take the bear off, scrape off the icing where he's cracking, "glue" him together with icing, stick him in the fridge to firm up for 30 minutes or so, then give him a crumb coat in those places for more stability, stick him in the fridge again for 30 or so minutes, then re-do those areas. Then stick him in the fridge until delivery and pray he stays cold enough to hold together until he gets eaten. I'm so sorry this is happening to you!!!

I don't know what to tell you, but I wish you luck. I agree with the above statement. Try to do as she suggested.
