I have 2 questions, can this cake be torted and filled? I am just opening it now for the first time and realizing it has a funny "tiered" shape. Also, how many people will this feed? I am making it for a friend for tomorrow who is having about 25 people and now this pan is looking really small to me ![]()
I just looked on the wilton site and it says it makes 16 servings.
You could always put it on a 1/4 sheet for more servings.
I'm not sure about putting a filling, I tried doing a filling on my race car pan and it broke but was fixable. So I'm sure you could do it. just carefully! ![]()
