I have 2 questions, can this cake be torted and filled? I am just opening it now for the first time and realizing it has a funny "tiered" shape. Also, how many people will this feed? I am making it for a friend for tomorrow who is having about 25 people and now this pan is looking really small to me icon_eek.gif

I believe the cross pan will feed 15. When I made it I made a 11 x 15 and set the cross on top to increase the servings. Hope things work out.
Good luck

I just looked on the wilton site and it says it makes 16 servings.

You could always put it on a 1/4 sheet for more servings.

I'm not sure about putting a filling, I tried doing a filling on my race car pan and it broke but was fixable. So I'm sure you could do it. just carefully! icon_smile.gif

GOOD LUCK

Thanks you guys. Would I need to put any kind of support or anything if I put the cross on a 1/4 sheet cake? I have never stacked or doweled a cake, I am so new to this and now really nervous icon_eek.gif

if the 1/4 sheet and the cross are only 1 box mix each I would say, no support needed. Any more then that I would use some dowels, but then you need to put the cross cake on a cake board then place it on the dowels
