I'm about to bake a cake and realized I only have jumbo eggs not large as the recipe calls for. Short of running out to the store now, how can I convert? Or if I use the 3 jumbo eggs for the 3 large eggs will it turn out the same? Help!

You can just use 2.

Handy reference from the American Egg Board:

Thanks. I'm making a 50th Anniversary cake and don't want to mess it up. Wish me luck! icon_smile.gif

wow that egg board is a good site to have. I always wondered about that since when I do my white cakes and it calls for whites only and I use the whole dang egg...but it comes out ok...
