i've been asked to make my first official cake! hooray!! but the thing is i don't know how to get a multicoloured flower like the one in the picture? how did the do that?

also ive been asked to make the flowers 3 toned turqoise or teal instead of purple, but my question is would the light moss green leaves go with turqoise? what color leaves will go? plz help!!!

i cant really see the pic very well but it looks like bc rose... i would fill 2 pastry bag one with a lighter violet and on with a little bit darker violet and start on a rose with one color and finish with another??? HTH

you can stripe the bag with color...i cant see the pic that well but that whta they might have used..if not just alternate colors when making the roses

The center and first 3 petals are in first shade of icing, the outer ones in second shade.
