Ok I need help!! My sister wants this cake at one of her several wedding reception and i have no idea how to do the drip chocolat thing down the side of the cake or the swirls. HELP PLEASE

The swirls look like chocolate transfers--just melt chocolate (don't overheat!) and pipe into the desired shape on baking parchment. Let harden about 15 minutes in fridge, and then carefully remove from parchment.

Candy melts are easier and less fragile when doing this technique. Also, if you want a short cut for the ganache on the sides and you don't want to make it purchase a can of pre-made chocolate frosting (I KNOW! JUST CALL ME SANDRA LEE!). Take the top and foil off and microwave it approx 30 seconds. Stir it until it is cool and drizzle it on the top edges using a teaspoon. The trick is to make sure it is not warm before applying it. Make SURE it is cool. This really works perfectly every time when you are in a pinch.
