My collection of pans is getting bigger and I am curious as to what pans are the rarest and hardest ones to get. I am sure I haven't heard of all the pans ever made but when did wilton start making the pans?? How many pans do you all have?? PS I am finally going to be able to attend the Wilton courses, I hope it is worth it.

You do know that you can't legally make and sell a character pan cake, right?

A good place to look for information on the cake pans is either old Wilton Year Books, or Ebay. You can do a search on Ebay for completed items and see what pans are worth.
