I saw these online. Does anyone think they will work. They come in 12"16"and 20".

They will work, but they are quite large. Probably great for a large cake, sheet cake type. For the sides of smaller cakes, round or square I like a putty scraper, chocolate scraper type tool. One with a handle and a flexible blade works best for me. Here is the one I use.

Yes, I have a long one that works really good for helping to get an even coat of icing.

I have never tried one-I don't even know what it is, but I can't get smooth BC no matter what I try, so I would love to test these out. Could you tell me what they are? Thanks

DH bought me one. It's big. I use it to even out the frosting but doesn't work well to smooth.
