Airbursh information: http://www.kopykake.com/cd_airbrushes.html

Candy: only requirement is that you use colors made for chocolate. will be oil based and not water based.

You can use lemon extract instead of alcohol to luster things, but the lemon extract evaporates much quicker. Smells really good, though!

You can use Vodka or try a little diluted lemon juice. Go to a bakery and ask what they are using for their lemon flavoring. As far as the pearl dust look at www.berylscakes.com. She has some some super pearl and pearl luster dust. Bery is good about answering emails. Explain to her that you are lucky enough to be living in beautiful France. She will be glad to help you.

I saw some Watkins brand lemon extract on eBay. That's a good brand. McCormick is good, too. I'm not familiar with some other brands I saw on eBay, but I know those two are good ones.
