I am using my wilton ball pan for the first time and it is turning out to be a disaster! The directions say to put 2 1/4 cups of batter in each half of the pan. I did just that and it has totally overflowed in my oven and is taking forever to bake. Has this ever happened to anyone else? Did I misunderstand the directions or what?

Alright, I just took them out of the oven and they are sinking in the middle now! What have I done wrong, I thought this cake was going to be so easy, but maybe it won't be! Baking has never been difficult for me, what have I done? Please any help would be appreciated!

Hmmm...I have the same pan and it has worked fine for me. Is your oven temperature off kilter? Sounds like maybe they aren't cooked through if they are sinking... I hope someone can help you with this one!

they have cooked all the way through and the cake tastes fine. I don't know what the deal is? They sit fine whenI took them out of the pan.
