That's a cute cake!
Here are my filling suggestions: Peanut butter (unless someone has nut allergies), Cookies and Cream, Strawberry (will taste like chocolate-covered strawberries), Raspberry (will taste like a raspberry truffle), or MINT (will taste like a giant Ande's mint). Hope this gives you some ideas. Happy baking! icon_smile.gif

For a Chocolate cake try using a lighter chocolate with pecans mixed in, or try a white choclate cream or mouse filling or a white buttercream w/an almond flavoring.

I like chocolate ganache-(my favorite) very rich but doesnt need to refrigerated. I havent tried it but I have heard Nutella is good right out of the jar (hazelnut/chocolate) I made a turtle filling once (caramel/pecans) in combo with chocolate filling, raspberry, peanutbutter, some kind of cream filling...check www.ladycakes.com for lots of good recipes
