Ideas For Baptism Cake With Frog

I was asked by a co-worker if I could come up with a cake that was unique for a baptism. She also thought it would be neat to add a frog in there somewhere (the family it is for owns a bar with a frog theme so frogs are kind of a family trademark). She seems to like 3-D cakes (she was thinking maybe just a frog- but I didn't quite get that since it's for a baptism) and gumpaste flowers (she really liked my gumpaste lily/freesia flower pot cake). This would be my first paid cake, and might be good because her parents own a catering business. The only problem is, I'm stumped for ideas. I don't want something unique but classy. Any ideas?
How about a cross shaped cake for the 3D effect that would be traditional, but add some frogs out of gumpaste to sit next to it, or in one corner next to some flowers.
You could do a little "frog family" with a mom, dad, and baby frog (and other siblings if appropriate) to tie in the theme.
Well, she's insisting now that she wants me to do a 3-D frog. I think I'm going to get the standing bear pan and then turn it into a frog and cover it with MMF. She wants me to add soemething to represent the baptism to this 3-D frog though. I suggested a small bow since she said she wanted it girly but she didn't like that. She's already driving me crazy and it's 2 weeks until I have to deliver the cake! Any ideas??? Help!
could the frog be carrying a rosary or something?? I'm thinking that's bordering on weird, but....
